Ingredients
- 4 slices Cuban or French bread
- 1 cup roasted pork, shredded or thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4–6 dill pickle slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (use the Microplane to grate)
- 1 lime (zest only)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix mayo and Dijon mustard. Grate fresh garlic into the spread using the Microplane Zester.
- Spread on one side of each bread slice. Add Swiss cheese, pork, and pickles. Top with the second slice, mayo side in.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill in a pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
- Finish with a flourish: Grate fresh lime zest over the top just before serving for a citrusy lift.
