A thought for a redesign

Since one of the grating plates is removable, could you start to sell other single plates? I already have a zester, so a second, very large one isn’t necessary. But I could totally use a coarse plate, or other specialty plates.

This is their best grater. We have worn out three of them over the years. Versatile, sharp, safe, and easy on the hands. The double top handle, which is well away from the blade plates, makes it very secure while in use.
