Garlic Mincer Tool - Red

Works like a champ, cleans up like a charm!

I have mixed feelings about the Micrpplane garlic mincer tool. Directions should state that garlic needs to be placed in mincer on end not on it's side. When garlic is pn it's side mincer shreads garlic instead of mincing. When garlic is placed in mincer on end it does a great job and is easy to clean. Also it works best when mincing more than one clove.

Awful. I'm so disappointed in Microplane, a brand I used to associate with quality -- whoever let this though QA should be fired. The blades are dull, and succeed only in crudely chewing up the garlic in pieces, not in smooth even slices as one would expect. I tried both with and without the top. This went in the trash.

Less than an hour before receiving this survey, I tossed this Garlic Mincer Tool in the trash. I've loved my Microplane products, but thought this is a dog. Messy and hard to clean. My old garlic press is looking a lot better to me now.
