Great customer service!
Perfect for loaded baked potatoes
Disappointed that it has only one size of grater. The older model had two. Harder to clean than the earlier model. I didn't get my discount on the price either.
I wanted a rotary grater because my previous cheese grater was making too big of a mess. I chose Microplane because of the name. This rotary grater is a good product, but didn't eliminate the mess, which is a little disappointing.
I bought one of these graters with a box grater, also Microplane, back in December. It is now April and my rotary grater handle already broke right off. It's made me sad, as it was fairly pricey and I loved it. I used it once a week or two, because we like fresh parmigiana and pecorino.
