I was a little disappointed in using this product. I used it on broccoli first, no problem. However, cabbage was more of a challenge. I needed to continue to remove layers in order for the blades to shred the cabbage. I eventually used a knife to cut what was left over so that an entire head would not go to waste.

Well, I like to make things from scratch and I like eating coleslaw so this product works real well because you can buy a head of cabbage and just shred off how much you need for your salad and be done with it. I’m very happy with this product.
