The Microplane grater that is all steel zester with no plastic anywhere on it is just the best! It spans a bowl or a baking dish and is much better than something with a plastic handle that is completely unnecessary, and which will crack or break at some far too early point in its life. So, the Classic Series Stainless Steel Zester is by far the best version of a micro-grater!
