This cheese grater is made with US Stainless Steel blades, which are sharpened and etched at our facility in Russellville Arkansas. The grater frames are made from organic Moso bamboo and plastic resin. Although technically a grass, the bamboo fiber when mixed with resin and starch make it as durable as steel.

The grater has large holes for grating and shredding that create consistently sized shreds that add flavor your favorite dishes. It's also ideal for grating semi soft cheeses, potatoes, zucchini, onions, cabbage, butter and apples. The entire grater is BPA, Melamine, PVC, and Phthalate free!
