Some graters in the set have early-wood walnut which is more cream colored and doesn’t look like walnut at all.

The master series is a higher quality set than the stainless pro series that contains a hidden brittle plastic core in the handle. Wasted money on that series as most of them have broken handles, but these wooden handled micro planes seem quite sturdy so far.
