Use a Ribbon Cheese Grater for:

Apples, Butter, Cabbage, Carrots, Chilies, Chocolate, Coconut, Hard and Soft Cheeses, Onions, and Zucchini. This tool shreds foods into ribbons, when you pull the food back and forth across the blades. The result is similar to a ribbon and is preferred when baking, or cooking.

Use & Care

  • Two-Way Grating: Effortlessly grate soft or hard ingredients in both directions to achieve thin, uniform ribbons.
  • Stability First: Make use of the non-slip rubber ends to secure the grater while in use, preventing slips for safer operation.
  • Hand Wash Recommended: While the grater is durable, hand washing is recommended to maintain the integrity of the blades and the American walnut handle. Use warm, soapy water and a brush to gently clean the blades.
  • Clean After Use: To ensure longevity, clean the grater immediately after use. This prevents residue from hardening on the blades, making it easier to remove.

Not as happy as i hoped

I loved these when I first received them. However the handles have become rough and seem like they will be come splintered after the first wash. Disappointing and I wish now I ordered the metal handle. The handles are not smooth like they were originally. I have not soaked in water simply hand washed and left to properly dry. I’m surprised how rough the wood became after one use.
