Black Sheep Series 3pc Grater Bundle

This is supposed to be Microplane’s top of the line set, it unfortunately disappoints. First the items arrived well after stated shipping timeframe, no one at Microplane seemed to care. Although these are advertised as dishwasher safe except for the cover, the packaging clearly states hand wash only. The items arrived packaged differently from the brand, one came in a box which seems like an older format and the cover does not fit properly? It scratches the sides of the grater even though it’s supposed to be scratch resistant material. Whatever the process is to coat the product in black it makes them non magnetic so storage options become hook, drawer or crock. Wasn’t expecting that. Upon initial wash it leaked black onto my diatomaceous stone and stained it, so though it should be fused there seems to be some coating and epoxy. Performance is just okay for such an expensive set I’d expect more, the fine grater ends up making Parmesan to smooth at some point so it becomes too slick to grate easily. For what I paid I’d say they are stylish to look at but lack function and convenience. Not happy with their customer service on late delivery either
