What a game changer!

I ordered this to do spirals on spindle work I was doing on my wood lathe and its the best purchase I've ever made! I started out with regular wood rasps and felt like my arm was going to fall off. I got this and I did more in 10 minutes using it than 1 hour of using the wood rasp. You won't regret purchasing this amazing tool.

Great tool for shaping

I have used the round and flat both large and small and they are an invaluable tool for shaping woodworking projects.
My only regret is that i did not buy extras as they are out of stock and don't know if or when they will be restocking.
I give them a double 5 star

Microplane wood rasp

Leaves a relatively clean finish. Carries the shavings away instead of falling at the edge of the wood. Nice tool.

I have used them before, needed new sharp ones. If light pressure is used, these tools last a long time. The Microplane does not gouge the wood as deep as coarse rasps, and leaves a smoother surface which means less sanding. Good tools.
