Customer Service is LACKING!!

I now have two Microplane graters and they are top notch! I recently ordered another grater and chose the wrong one through the website. I've reached out through the email address on the website as well as the return form route and neither has gotten me a response back. Poor Customer Service on the back end. Disappointed

I bought this grater (and two others) to replace the ones with the “rubber” handles, all of which came unglued after some time. I love the capability of the graters, obviously, since I chose to replace them. I do wish the original ones had lasted..
