Use & Care

  • Grate on the push stroke. Press food lightly against the blade and push it forward, away from you. The blades cut going forward, so there’s no need to saw back and forth or press hard.
  • Rinse right after use. Run water from the back of the blade to wash out cheese and zest before they dry. Don’t wipe with a sponge or cloth, because the sharp edges will snag and shred it.
  • Store safely. Hang each grater by its loop, or keep a blade cover on to protect the edges and your fingers.
