First day with classic zester

I tried out my very attractive zester today, grating two types of cheeses and later, lime zest. Cheese floated out like clouds, soft and fluffy. Easy to clean after.
Lime zest also worked beautifully, though it was a challenge removing the zest from the interior of the tool. Looked on the website for clues for a more efficient and complete removal but found nothing. So that’s a work in progress. Overall I’m very satisfied. Love that it is made in America and assembled by our neighbor, Mexico.

Best zester I’ve used.
